Welcome to Bensons Auto Electrical Phil and Jules Benson established Benson Bros Ltd in 1957. The brothers ran the business with Phil eventually becoming the sole owner. Benson Bros Ltd developed a solid reputation for fine service and excellent pricing. Over the years, many apprentices were trained, some going on to achieve great things in the Auto Electrical and associated trades. One of the apprentices, Nigel Patterson decided to buy Benson Bros Ltd and try his hand at owning a small business. The Present: The team at Bensons is now managed by Nigel and Nicky Patterson. Since purchasing Bensons in 1997, Nicky and Nigel have continued to ensure that past and present customers continue to receive the standard of service and workmanship they have come to expect. As a progressive Company, the team at Bensons is continuously working to improve the auto electrical services available. With a focus on customer service,75% of the staff have attended Kiwi Host courses and various other workshops aimed to improve customer satisfaction. Bensons Auto Electrical is affiliated to both IAME and the MTA. The Future: The future for the Motor Trade is proving to be very exciting. With vehicles becoming more reliant on computers, we will continue to up-date our knowledge and technical equipment so that our customers can feel secure that they are getting the best service possible.
